Wishard Gets A New Director

Well, here is what we are hearing. It looks like Wishard Ambulance has found their new director. WAS people, we hear there will be some notification in the near future that Kevin Wilmouth has accepted the director position. We are somewhat familiar with him and we think this will be a good choice, but more importantly, we want to know what you think. We want to hear from those that know the man. What makes him tick? What should people expect from him? Is he going to be a figurehead, or has Chuck Ford really turned the service over to him to run? Is he the kind of guy that is going to come in and make sweeping changes, or will they be more subtle and gradual? How much authority has Ford given him to make the changes he feels necessary. What changes do you believe he needs to make and where should he begin? Well, here is your chance, speak up.

Stay Safe
Dee

I, for one, would just like to see Kevin once in a while. I haven't seen Chuck in at least a couple of years. I'll bet there are some newer employees that haven't see Chuck since their orientation; and when I say newer, I am talking 1-3 year employees.

I think Kevin wilmouth will do a good job. As far as Chuck having his thumb on the service, I don't know....I hope not. Kevin W. was my supervisor for several years, and he never struck me as someone who let people influence him very easily. He was there in the good ole' days with Dillman, lets hope he remembers how to bring those days back. Start out by switching those EMT's back to blue shirts...The white shirt lost its level of respect. YOU NEED TO earn that sucker !!! It will give a little motivation and something to look forward to !! Actually the smocks white for medic blue for EMT would be even better
