Hey Dee! Looks like the beginnings of a great blog. It's about time those in EMS have their own blog!
You can pretty much forget about EMS week if you work for Wishard. We didn't get so much as a pat on the back or a Happy EMS week last year. I think our director even left town to get away from us. Chuck doesn't care about his people; never has, never will.
The largest 911 provider in the state & the director doesn't even acknowledge us.
If you really work for Wishard have you put any applications in other places? You can quit. This whole city's EMS is screwed up. Quit b#$%ching. Offer an alternative.
Working for Wishard is a great experience. You gain some really great lessons and you work with some really talented people from IFD and Wishard. I have to say that for my bad experiences I have in turn had just as many unforgetable good experiences. Im tired of people arguing back and fourth about who is better and this and that. Big deal, and shove it up your ass. We all are here for the same reason.
